Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below for important information regarding refunds, returns, and any issues with your order.
1. Damage or Delivery Concerns
• Please inspect your entire order immediately upon arrival.
• If there is any damage to your products or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at brushaberblooms@gmail.com. This ensures we know that you have promptly inspected your items and can assist you in resolving the issue quickly.
• We are happy to assist you in resolving any shipping concerns or replacing damaged items when notified within the 48-hour window.
2. Tuber Policy
• We guarantee that each tuber will have a viable eye and be free of visible disease at the time of delivery. Disease can be dormant in tubers and can develop over time but we monitor this issue closely.
• As tubers are living plants, please note that once planted and exposed to your care, we cannot guarantee their success in your garden due to the natural variables of growing conditions. We are not responsible for rotting due to improper storage, weather, pests, or you not opening your package promptly for inspection.
• Brushaber Blooms cannot be held responsible if you choose to not plant your tubers right away. We can only guarantee their condition on arrival and cannot be held responsible for your storage technique after that arrival window. It is critical that you contact us within 48 hours if you have concerns.
3. Refunds and Replacements
• Refunds will be issued only for damaged or missing items that are reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• If your order is damaged during shipping or contains missing items, we may offer you a replacement or refund based on the situation.
• To process any claims, please email us at brushaberblooms@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage or missing items and your order number.
• If your tuber does not sprout true to variety you may contact us with photos and receive a credit if you are not satisfied with the variety. Please understand that we are human and mistakes can (and will!) happen! We would be grateful to have the opportunity to make things right!
4. Non-Refundable Items
• We do not accept returns for items that have been planted, used, or altered after delivery.
