Thank you for choosing us for your gardening needs! Please review our shipping policy below for important information about your order:

1. Shipping Locations

We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

2. Shipping Schedule

We do not offer fall or early shipping.

All orders will be shipped after the danger of frost has passed, typically in late April to early May for us here in USDA hardiness zone 5b.

This shipping schedule ensures the best quality and care for your tubers, as we want to avoid shipping during cold weather that could damage your order.


3. Processing Time

All orders will be shipped in the order they are placed. 

Please note, that while orders will be processed promptly, they will not be shipped until the appropriate shipping window begins (late April to early May).


4. Shipping Method

All orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, which you can use to monitor the delivery status.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of tubers in your order and the delivery address.

We offer standard shipping with estimated delivery times based on USPS delivery windows.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please monitor your tracking number for updates on your shipment.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us at brushaberblooms@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, and we will assist in resolving the matter.


8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure it is correct. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
